The Soave wine is one of the most famous white wines in Italy and is produced in the largest single wine district in Europe. Wine and Cheese: A memorable day trip for wine and cheese lovers. Combine a visit to an artisanal cheese producer and a winery.
Start the day at a small dairy farm to see the cheese-making process first hand.
